How is Bodegito different from Odoo or QuickBooks?
Odoo is a general ERP for all industries; QuickBooks is accounting software. Bodegito does one thing: logistics. Six logistics apps share one login and one set of master data, designed for small logistics businesses that want to start simple.
We’ve never used this kind of system. Can we manage?
Yes — that’s who we built it for. Pick your business type (trader, wholesaler, 3PL, warehouse, fleet) and the setup wizard prepares roles and defaults for you. Each screen shows only your current task; advanced options unfold when you need them.
Can we move data from our old system or Excel?
Yes. The Import Center takes CSV/Excel with field mapping, a pre-import check, error download, duplicate detection, and reversible imports. Start with one record by hand if you prefer. Demo data is clearly marked and can be cleared in one click.

Which languages are supported?
English (default), 简体中文, and Español across the site, the workspace, system emails, and help. Language is your personal preference and can be switched anytime; dates, times, and currency follow your locale.

Standard: $50/user/month (flat-rate $999/mo or $10,999/yr — up to 50 users and 10 warehouses), single company with multiple warehouses. 3PL: $100/user/month (flat-rate $1,999/mo or $21,999/yr — up to 50 users and 10 warehouses), multi-client. Both include shared master data, roles and permissions, audit trail, import/export, and the responsive web app in three languages. Only active members are billed — invited or deactivated members cost nothing, and you’ll always be asked before seats increase. Over 50 users or 10 warehouses? Ask sales about Enterprise pricing.
Can we control what each employee sees?
Yes. App access and data access are separate: a driver sees only their assigned tasks, a warehouse operator only their warehouse, while the owner sees it all. Read-only roles are available too.
